Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation of your forest bathing experience. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all participants: Cancellation by ORGANIZER: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the forest bathing experience due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price without any deduction. Cancellation by PARTICIPANT: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund. A processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. *Last-Minute Cancellation* (Within 48 Hours of the Event): If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled event, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund. However, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another available date or transfer it to another person for the initial event date. *Refund Processing*: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation. *Exceptions*: We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.
